Ordering Custom Products

Place your order directly through our website to initiate the process. This confirms your slot in our production queue and covers the base cost of your custom piece.

Once your order is placed, send your design ideas, photos, or sketches to us via email or Instagram DM. We’ll collaborate through digital mockups, refining the details until the vision is perfect.

After you approve the final mockup, the real work begins! We stitch your design and ship it straight to your door, keeping you updated along the way!

For best results, please provide a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. Each ornament is made to order. Please expect 2-3 weeks for stitching and shipping.
Ornament size is 4’’ x 5’’ and ribbon is included. Ribbon is fastened to ornament via grommet or snap closure, depending on complexity of design. Accent color is the color of the border, bow, and text. If you would like one element (border/bow/text) to be something other then selected accent color, please specify in form.
